Safeguarding is high on everyone’s agenda and this is equalled at Sheffield Referee Association

Sheffield RA suports the Sheffield County FA Yellow armband initiatives for U18 referees. (Read more) 

Our Mentor programme is looked after by both Russell Lagden and Dave March both who have fully up to date FA enhanced DBS certificates.

All mentees below the age of 18  on the mentor programme will have a mentor who have a fully up to date enhanced DBS

We have two committee members heading up the safeguarding.

The aims will be the committee will all have Safeguarding level 2 and other awareness training.
